Set on the Murge plateau, this sixteenth-century masseria still retains the character of rural Puglia. The experience begins with the story of the masseria, followed by a visit to the stables, the milking area and the dairy.
Together with the cheesemaker, you will make mozzarella by hand, before ending with a tasting of local products, wine and Apulian focaccia.
