Ortofarm is the restaurant in the garden of Nina Trulli Resort.
Here, cuisine starts from the garden and reaches the plate without shortcuts.
The Farm concept is tangible: we cultivate, observe, harvest, and cook. Each dish is created from fresh, seasonal ingredients, carefully selected with attention to origin and supply chain transparency.
Dining at Ortofarm means eating in the very place where ingredients grow, change, and ripen.

THE GARDEN
A garden that nourishes the restaurant.
The Orto Farm garden is extensive, diverse, and designed to meet most of the kitchen’s needs.
It hosts seasonal vegetables and native varieties, cultivated with great attention to plant biodiversity and natural cycles. The project also includes beehives for honey production and a vineyard dedicated to an alcohol-free wine project. Every choice is oriented toward transparency and the true origin of ingredients.
THE CUISINE
From garden to table,
every day.
The cuisine is straightforward and clear, rooted in rural tradition and focused on raw ingredients. The offering follows seasonality and develops through a menu that changes throughout the year.
Alongside the à la carte selection, there is a small NO WASTE tasting experience, designed to value every part of the ingredient and reduce waste.
The wine list mirrors that of Orto Il Ristorante with some additions, and is complemented by a selection of cocktails and non-alcoholic fermented beverages.

The Ortofarm menu changes with the rhythm of the seasons. Each period of the year brings new ingredients, new preparations, and new balances, following what the garden and the territory make available.
The à la carte offering allows you to compose your meal freely, while the No Waste experience values the ingredient in all its parts, reducing waste and respecting agricultural work.

THE EXPERIENCE
Rural conviviality, without formality
Ortofarm is the place for informal lunches and dinners, intimate gatherings, and natural conviviality.
When the season allows, dining takes place outdoors, immersed in the garden or orchard; during other periods, in the indoor spaces of the farmhouse. The restaurant also hosts small gastronomic events, family lunches, and corporate events related to food and the territory.
