General Terms and Conditions of Hospitality
Reservations can be made via:
● Official website (booking engine)
● Email
● Telephone/WhatsApp (in this case, we will collect the request and email address, and we will send the quote to the guest’s inbox)
● OTAs (Booking, Expedia, Destination Italy), connected to our calendar via channel manager
Procedure:
- The property sends a detailed quote for direct requests.
- The reservation is confirmed only after the guest accepts the quote,
provides credit card details as a guarantee, and
receives subsequent written confirmation from the property. - For reservations made via OTAs, confirmation is handled automatically by the
platform, unless otherwise communicated.
Guarantee: a credit card is required. Charges are only applied for non-refundable
rates.
● Rates are per room, per night, and include breakfast.
● Any local taxes (e.g., city tax) are not included.
The following are accepted:
● Credit and debit cards
● Bank transfer
● Cash, up to a maximum amount of €4,999, within the limits provided by law
Non-refundable rate:
● Payment at the time of booking
● Non-modifiable and non-cancellable
Refundable rate:
● Credit card as a reservation guarantee
● Payment at check-out
● Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival
● From the 14th day prior to arrival, the full amount of the stay will be charged in case of cancellation or no-show
● Check-in: from 3:00 PM
● Check-out: by 11:00 AM
● Respectful behavior towards other guests and the property is required
● Management reserves the right to evict, without refund, anyone who does not comply with the rules
We are delighted to welcome children to Nina Trulli Resort. To ensure all guests enjoy a serene stay in harmony with the rhythm of the place, the resort is recommended for children aged 10 and above.
Liability
The property is not responsible for:
● Personal items left unattended
● Any service disruptions due to force majeure
Privacy and confidentiality
The Resort guarantees the utmost confidentiality of personal data, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Particolare attenzione è dedicata alla tutela della privacy degli ospiti, in linea con un’ospitalità di alto livello.
Pets are not allowed on the property.
