The Cuisine

Cuisine accompanies the entire day. From breakfast to pool lunch, through to the masseria’s two restaurants: La Farm, the restaurant in the garden, and Orto Ristorante, dedicated to fine dining.

BREAKFAST AND GASTRONOMIC BREAKS

La Farm’s Breakfast

Breakfast moves between coffee and milk — including plant-based alternatives — a selection of loose-leaf teas and herbal infusions, and a rural Puglian offering of ancient grains, fruit, warm ricotta prepared by Madia, organic preserves, honey, and juices and freshly pressed drinks from the kitchen garden. Alongside, the “perfect eggs” are prepared to order.

Ninetta Pool Lounge

A bright and informal break: seasonal cuisine featuring simple, immediate dishes that follow what the land and the season provide. A constantly evolving selection, designed to be natural, light, and consistent with the surroundings.

THE RESTAURANT IN THE GARDEN

“La Farm” – the restaurant in the garden

La Farm is Nina’s intimate restaurant, where cultivation and cuisine meet directly. The offering follows the real seasonality of the garden and the territory, showcasing vegetables, herbs, and local ingredients in rural cuisine interpreted with contemporary sensibility.

Lunch and dinner unfold within the landscape of the masseria, in a continuous dialogue between land, seasons and table. With around 40 seats, the restaurant preserves a convivial atmosphere while remaining intimate.

THE FINE DINING RESTAURANT

“ORTO” – the fine dining restaurant

Orto – the restaurant represents the most reflective dimension of Nina’s gastronomic vision. The project stems from the inspiration of chef Cinzia Mancini and expresses itself through a contemporary plant-based tasting journey, where local ingredients are explored with sensitivity and depth.

The menu changes monthly, following the shifts of the season. With 12 seats, the experience remains intimate and immersive, guided by measured service and a ritual approach that accompanies each dish.
