The space

The property can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children.

A large garden of approximately 5,000 square meters surrounds the villa with lawns, olive trees, citrus groves, and fruit trees. The view opens onto the natural valley and the olive groves that characterize this stretch of the Apulian countryside.

The interiors are spacious and bright, designed to encourage a relaxed and convivial lifestyle, with rooms that constantly dialogue with the outdoor spaces.

Pool and outdoor living
The infinity pool is the heart of the property. Surrounding it, relaxation zones, wooden-decked spaces, areas dedicated to conversation, and an outdoor kitchen allow you to spend most of the day outdoors.

A large pergola with a convivial table offers an ideal space for lunches, dinners, and shared moments immersed in the landscape.

Location:
The villa is located in the Monopoli countryside, about 8 km from the city center and a few minutes from the sea. A strategic position to easily reach Alberobello, Castellana Grotte, Polignano a Mare, Ostuni, and the main destinations of the Valle d’Itria.

Terms and Conditions

Booking confirmation:

• To confirm the booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The final payment of 50% must be received no later than 15 days before arrival.
• The deposit can be paid via bank transfer or credit card.
• A security deposit of €1,000 is required, to be paid 1 week before your arrival. Payment can be made by credit card. The deposit will be refunded 15 days after check-out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted from the deposit.
  

Cancellation policy:

• For cancellations made up to 60 days before arrival, the full deposit paid at the time of booking will be refunded.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival.
